推挽式转换器是一种隔离式电压调节器。根据所选变压器的匝数比，其输出电压可以高于、低于或等于输入电压；隔离输出侧的反馈信号可以通过变压器绕组反馈。虽然电路结构稍微复杂一些，但其效率比反激式转换器要高。一个常见的应用是实现接口和传感器之间的电气隔离。
