That is the figure on its datasheet: cross talk -15 dB Min from 1–100 MHz, where the other 100M PoE parts state -30 dB Min. Common-mode rejection is the same across all of them at -30 dB Min.
The cross-talk figure bears on near-end crosstalk margin in the link, so a design already tight on EMC or link budget should check this item separately rather than treating the WHSH16012P4 as equivalent because current rating and temperature grade match. Where a design carries a defined cross-talk requirement, tell us and VOOHU will confirm against the current controlled document. Other options sit in the10/100 BASE-T range.
MSL level 1, with a floor life of half a year at or below 30 °C / 60% RH.
Reflow peaks at 250 °C ±3 °C with 20 to 40 s spent within 5 °C of the peak. Ramp up no faster than 3 °C per second and down no faster than 6 °C per second. MSL 1 means the WHSH16012P4 needs no bake before it goes on the line, and not every part in the10/100 BASE-T rangepublishes this page.
The datasheet states 720 mA current capability, suitable for IEEE 802.3at — PoE+, with the PSE port topping out at 30 W.
Against theother 720 mA 100M PoE part, current rating, operating range and isolation all match; what differs is the cross-talk figure and the accompanying documentation: the WHSH16012P4 states -15 dB Min where the other states -30 dB Min, and it additionally publishes an MSL grade and a reflow profile.
100M PoE-powered ports where the component temperature can reach -40 °C or +85 °C.
Typical uses are outdoor surveillance front ends, PoE-powered gateways on industrial sites and the 100M ports of DIN-rail switches. The WHSH16012P4 is surface-mount, MSL 1, reflow-assembled, and its datasheet carries a complete reflow profile. Check the cross-talk figure separately during selection — this part states -15 dB Min, which is not the same grade as the -30 dB Min quoted on most parts in the10/100 BASE-T range.
