The datasheet gives two alternative conditions: 4000 VAC held for 60 s, or 4800 VAC held for 1 s.The leakage criterion is 1 mA in both cases.
The site field quotes the higher number, but that figure belongs to the 1 s condition and cannot be compared directly against the standard 1500 VAC for 60 s. Match whichever the system's safety documentation states: a 60 s clause maps to the 4000 VAC figure, a 1 s clause to the 4800 VAC figure. The WHSH16F01D4 is the highest isolation grade in the10/100 BASE-T range.

Choosing it is a layout-stage decision, not something a later substitution can absorb, and the 12.80 mm height has to be checked against the enclosure.
