The WHSG24F05P0 datasheet states both scopes: each channel supports 360 mA of DC balance current and full channels support 720 mA, corresponding to the 30 W PoE class.

A Gigabit port is built from four differential pairs, and each differential pair is one channel; two channels, one out and one back, make a pairset, so a port is two pairsets — which is exactly why the full-channel figure is twice the per-channel one. Budget port power from these two numbers as printed, and do not multiply 360 mA by the number of channels: the current follows the port's return loop, not a count of windings. The same convention applies across the100/1000 BASE-T range.
