Overview of the Plan
The RS485 interface (recommended standard 485) is used for long-distance data communication. Data is transmitted bidirectionally through a single pair of wires, with a maximum data transfer rate of 12 Mbps. The symmetrical wiring enhances immunity to electromagnetic interference. The main difference with RS422 is the use of two pairs of wires, each used unidirectionally.
