Explore Transformer Families
Choose a family by circuit function, then review model specifications and datasheets.
Ethernet & LAN Transformers
Transformers for isolation and signal coupling in Ethernet interfaces. Review PHY requirements, target data rate and mounting needs when selecting a model.
CHIP LAN
Explore the VOOHU CHIP LAN series for Ethernet interface designs. Check each device’s circuit function, package and connection requirements in its datasheet.
BMS Isolation Transformers
Transformers for isolated communication links in battery management systems. Check transceiver requirements, channel configuration and isolation test conditions.
Audio Transformers
Transformers for audio signal isolation or impedance matching, depending on the model. Review circuit function, impedance ratio and frequency range.
PoE Power Transformers
Power transformers for isolated power stages in PoE applications. Review input range, output requirements and converter topology when selecting a model.
Push-Pull Transformers
Transformers for isolated power supplies using a push-pull topology. Check driver requirements, input voltage, turns ratio and operating frequency.
Which Transformer Does Your Circuit Need?
Need help identifying the right family? Contact our team →Signal transformers provide coupling, isolation or impedance matching for data or audio signals, depending on the circuit and device. Selection focuses on interface requirements, signal frequency or data rate, transmission characteristics and isolation conditions—not on supplying a power-conversion output.
Power transformers are selected for power conversion in a specified topology. Start with input voltage range, output voltage and current, switching frequency and isolation requirements. Then check winding parameters, thermal performance and size constraints.
A PoE design may use both Ethernet magnetics and a separate transformer in an isolated DC-DC stage. These components serve different functions. PoE-capable Ethernet magnetics must also meet the relevant current requirements. Do not select or interchange these components based on the word “PoE” alone.
