【Product Basic Introduction】Small body and high energy: compact push-pull transformers revolutionize power supply design

Suzhou VOOHU Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. launched a compact push-pull transformer to reconstruct the power isolation scheme in millimeter size.

The core advantages of compact push-pull transformers are:

Ultra-small volume: the minimum size is only 6.55*9.85*4.00mm (WHST06E series), and the maximum size is 8.80*13.00*6.60mm (WHST06D series), freeing up key space for PCB layout;

Power density: supports 1700mA output current, stable operation in a wide temperature environment of -40°C~125°C, and adapts to harsh industrial scenarios;

Safety barrier: insulation withstand voltage up to 6000VDC, 8mm creepage distance to meet the requirements of 1000V high voltage system

Technological breakthrough: ring winding and efficient coupling

The ring tight winding structure achieves a > coupling coefficient of 95%, significantly reducing magnetic loss and improving energy transmission efficiency. With a push-pull circuit design, it supports 200~700kHz high-frequency switching, effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI), and provides a "pure" power supply for precision circuits

Flexible voltage conversion for multiple purposes

With a multi-winding center tap, it supports a wide range of 1:1 to 1:5.0 turn-ratio configurations:

Co-voltage isolation (5V→5V)

Boost Conversion (3.3V→12V)

Multiple outputs (e.g. RS-485/CAN bus isolated power supply)

Globally certified for safe and secure safety

Complies with IEC 62368-1 safety standards, provides both basic and reinforced insulation options, and has passed RoHS environmental protection certification, helping products quickly enter the global industrial market.
