You received an EOL notice, supply dried up, or lead time exceeds the project plan, and you need a verifiable replacement before mass production.

Price increases, unstable lead times, or a dual-sourcing policy require adding a second supplier without affecting the existing design.

Switch With No or Minimal Board Changes
The PCB is frozen or a respin is costly. Pin, package, and footprint-compatible candidates come first, with clear notes on which differences require a board change.

What We Check, Item by Item
Each dimension gets one of three results:Match / Different (with notes) / To confirm (your input or testing needed)

Pinout
Pin order, center tap position, shield and NC pins. If they differ, we state whether a board change is required.

Package & Size
Dimensions, land pattern, mounting height, and standoffs. The same package name does not guarantee an identical footprint.

Electrical Parameters
Turns ratio, OCL, leakage inductance, insertion loss, return loss, CMRR, and isolation voltage, each with datasheet values and test conditions.

Temperature Grade
Operating and storage temperature ranges. Mixing industrial and commercial grades is clearly flagged.

PoE Capability
PoE / PoE+ / PoE++ support, center tap current handling, and saturation behavior.

Test Conditions
Two datasheets may use different frequencies, methods, and fixtures. We call out values that cannot be compared directly.
