It uses a 16-position footprint with only 12 pins populated. Positions 4, 5, 12 and 13 are empty, so the outline drawing, suggested pad layout and schematic all show 12 pins, six per side on a 1.27 mm Pitch.

How low is the WHSH16109N0, and what is its operating range?
