No. Within the same 40PIN package, all four ports still have independent transmit and receive magnetic circuits. Map the PHY, center taps, and cable-side pins port by port on the schematic, and test different port positions. A passing result on one channel does not automatically represent the other three channels or inter-port crosstalk.
