No. The WHDG96502G datasheet carries no PoE current item at all, so all four ports have to be powered locally on the board.

PoE-rated parts exist on the same 96-pin land pattern, and a design that needs power over the cable should move to one at selection time rather than adding a supply path around this one — the centre taps carry no DC current rating to work with. PoE options are grouped in the 100/1000 BASE-T range.

Substitute the frequency of interest and the limit comes out directly; there is no band table to interpolate.

On the WHDG96502G, insertion loss over 1–125 MHz follows -0.2-0.002×f^1.4 dB Max, and return loss over 40.1–100 MHz follows -10+20×log(f/80) dB Min. The form matches the masks printed in PHY datasheets, so no conversion is needed when comparing. Other parts in the 100/1000 BASE-T range state fixed values per band instead.

Land pattern, body outline and port structure are identical — four Gigabit ports of four channels each. The parts will fit the same board, but supply capability and internal order both change, so they are not one part number in two dresses.
