Does SYT111B002FA2A1D have integrated magnetics?

Yes, SYT111B002FA2A1D is an Integrated Connector Module with built-in 10/100BASE magnetics. Transmit and receive each use a 1CT:1CT transformer with a common-mode choke, with 350 µH minimum OCL and 1.0 dB maximum insertion loss from 1 to 100 MHz.

What is the difference between SYT111B002FA2A1D and SYT111B002CA2A1D?

SYT111B002FA2A1D adds EMI fingers to the shield; SYT111B002CA2A1D does not. The electrical specifications and recommended PCB layout are the same. The FA version measures 16.00 mm wide and 13.45 mm high, versus 15.94 mm and 13.30 mm for the CA version.

What isolation rating does SYT111B002FA2A1D offer?

Primary-to-secondary hi-pot is 1500 V AC and 2250 V DC, tested for 6 seconds at 1 mA. The 75 Ω cable-side termination returns to GND (pin 8) through a 1000 pF / 2 kV capacitor.
